A proprietorship business opt out from composition scheme on 01.08.2018,and become regular scheme .They will file monthly return from next month.They have filed First quarterly Return .Shall we want to file Second quarterly return for the month of July?please explain the details.

if any company turn over is below 5 Crore composite scheme is valid, if it was crossed more than 5 crore regular return to be filed. once sales is excist you can file as regular return and if any person having monthly turn over of Rs.1.5 Cr they have to file the return by HSN wise with QTY
