if i made an inter state supply in preceeding f.y. and my turnover didnt excced 1crore in preceeding f.y.
now in current f.y. i didnt make any inter state supply. Can i opt for composition scheme for current f.y. ?????

Yes definitely you can take comp. scheme but other requirements of section 10 and rule 3 to 7 must be complied with.
