Can we opt for Composite scheme if we have interstate purchased stock?

The condition is the Composition dealers cannot supply interstate.
It means outward supply is restricted. But what about inward purchase..... nothing mentioned; because no restriction.
Take care you purchase it from regular supplier with IGST charged invoice.
