22 April 2020 A dealer is in Composition Scheme during 2019-20 and also want to remain in composition scheme during 2020-21, whether he need to make fresh application for to opt composition scheme ?

23 April 2020 The dealer would continue to remain under composition scheme till he crosses the threshold limit, or he withdraws voluntarily by filing an intimation. No need to make an application again for Fy 20 21, if already a composition dealer
