can businessman taking advantages of composite scheme, issue tax invoice & receive tax invoice @ which is applicable on his business without cimposite scheme

Dealers paying Tax under composition scheme are not allowed to issue Tax Invoice as the credit on supplies made by them is not available to buyer. However they are supposed to make purchases only from registered dealers and get tax invoice. In case if they make purchases from unregistered dealer, they shall be liable to pay tax under reverse charge.
