Please let me know the procedure for converting the trust into private limited company. The trust was created in June 2008 and now the trustees want to form a private company.

trust can be converted into section 25 company only.
The procedure for formation is apply for Name availabilty
then apply to Regional Director for license
If the regional director grant the license,
than file form 1, 18 and 32.
thats all.
