Sir 1 of my client want to start business of financing like personal loan, home loan, mortgage loan, business loan etc in the form of Partnership Firm.
So my Query is that which compliance they have to follow and from where we have to get permission to start such business. for e.g RBI etc.

Dear Sandipjii,
After considering RBI policies it is suggested to start NBFC with either Private Limited or Public Limited COmpany.
And business considered by you are completely under perview of NBFC norms.
You are requested to send your email id along with details proposal so that we can guide you properly.
