Compliance for change in name of promoter

I want to know the compliance required under Companies Act,2013 & RBI for change in name of Promoter. Only name is changed from 'X' to 'Y'. Other things remains same.Please Solve this query as soon as possible.

05 August 2015 I engaged in a Public Ltd. Company. One of our promoter changed his name from 'x' to 'z'. I want to know what are the compliances we have to be do in this regards under Companis Act,2013; stock exchnages; ROC.

05 August 2015 I think the person shall intimate about his name change to the Company so that the new certificates in new name can be issued.
If such person has DIN, then you need to file Form DIR-6 for change in details of DIN records.
