I want to know the compliance required under Companies Act,2013 & RBI for change in name of Promoter. Only name is changed from 'X' to 'Y'. Other things remains same.Please Solve this query as soon as possible.

I engaged in a Public Ltd. Company. One of our promoter changed his name from 'x' to 'z'. I want to know what are the compliances we have to be do in this regards under Companis Act,2013; stock exchnages; ROC.

I think the person shall intimate about his name change to the Company so that the new certificates in new name can be issued. If such person has DIN, then you need to file Form DIR-6 for change in details of DIN records.
