02 October 2011 Can any 1 please guide me in this,

Actually i want to file a ROC returns for a pvt co., its paid up capital is 12 lakhs, so done with compliance certificate,

But my query n doubt is, the AGM date of the co is 20/09/2011, but Compliance date is mentioned as 01/08/2011, will tis Certificate can be filed?

which date should be considered, is this Compliance certificate is valid?

Compliance date is okay, r should be changed?

Please any 1 let me know about this.

02 October 2011 Dear Tharani Sampath,

Kindly read the compliance certificate for that company. you can find the issue of compliance certificate for the year ended 2010-11. And another thing, before issuing the notice for the AGM, all the reports like director report, annual report and compliance certificate should be prepared and signed by the directors and the authorised persons. Thus the compliance certificate date must be earlier or on the date of issue of notice for the AGM.
