02 September 2011 Can anybody please provide me teh format of compliance certificate in case of newly incorporated private company. Date of incorporation is 27-dec-2010

02 September 2011 if company having paid up capital Rs.10,00,000 or more, the company should File CC. i think ur company have that much, and Inco. date, 27/12/2010 then ur first AGM - on or after september.
