07 February 2017 Dear sir
from last 3 attempt in CA final, I am fill up my exam form on-line and mention date of completion of aticleship which is mention in letter issued by ICAI regarding completion of my articleship. Now I have a problem at the time of fill up my exam form for may 2017. There is mandatory requirement if submit a scan copy of certificate of service but i don't have any such certificate except articleship completion letter issued by ICAI.

Please suggest me what i have to do. which paper should i have to scan and how I will get this certificate. whether it is also aaplicable for me. plz suggest me

07 February 2017 you can download the format of COS at icaiexam.icai.org and attested by any CA in your case and show him your completion letter for the purpose of proof.

10 February 2017 Yes, the format of the relevant form is available on the Examination portal itself. You can download it first and take print of it and fill all the requisite details and obtain signature from CA. Later upload the same on the website.
