29 September 2013 how to interpret this provision:-
the chairperson and every other member shall hold office as such for a term of 5 years(qualified to be reappointed), provided that the chairperson or other members has not attained the age of 65 years.is it:-
(1) their term will end with the end of tenure of 5 years or attaining of 65 years whichever is earlier; or
(2) they can be appointed or reappointed before attaining their age of 65 years for a term of 5 years?

24 October 2013 Chairperson and other member can hold the office for a term of 5yrs or till the attainment of 65yrs whichever is earlier shall be retiring time.
Say if chairperson is 62yrs old then at the most he can hold office for 3yrs
