Which Business Structure is preferred from tax point of View among Sole Proprietor/LLP/ Private Limited Company

From tax point of view it will be 'Sole proprietorship'.

thanks... but why not LLP is preferred , it gives limited liab feature and there is saving of tax also

How tax saving ??
There is no exemption limit (which is there in case of sole proprietor i.e. Rs.2.5 lacs) and tax rate for LLP is fat 30%
