25 September 2014 thanks... but why not LLP is preferred , it gives limited liab feature and there is saving of tax also

25 September 2014 How tax saving ??

There is no exemption limit (which is there in case of sole proprietor i.e. Rs.2.5 lacs) and tax rate for LLP is fat 30%
