A company is to be incorporated in Mumbai.My query relates to Form 18 attachements.The registered office of the company shall be situated at a place which is owned by one of the Directors of the company.
Should we file a live & licence agreement entered between the owner & the proposed director as proof ?
Or a simple undertaking by the owner that he has agreed to provide the office to the company under incorporation will be sufficient.
Again if live & licence agreement has to be filed,then as per the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, it has to be registered.So should the agreement so entered shall be later on ratified by the company once it is incorporated ?

Only a proof of address like the electricity bill and a NOC from the Owner will do the purpose.
