WE ARE GOING TO SHIFT OUR CO FROM ONE ADDRESS TO OTHER ADDRESS. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT CENTRAL EXCISE FORMALITIES TO BE FOLLOWED TO SHIFT BALANCE MATERIALS.

while shifting a factory from 1 place to unother you have to follow procedure as per rule 10 (1)of cenvat credit rule 2006
first of all on your invoice trasfer input material, existing stock of raw material, stock of finished goods on an invoice from your old factory address to new factory address intimate the existing range about change of address along with old ECC Certificate also intimate the details of capital goods which are goning to shift. to new factory.
also file refund claim of PLA in prescribed form
apply for new certificate of ragistration
dont do mfg. unless & untill you get new ragistrtion certificate.by new division
intimate the new address and new number to all your vendors
