17 November 2011 Hi,

I have completed my ICWAI this year in JUne'11 i wanted to know if i apply for Company Secretary what are the subjects which will exempted in CS as per group since there is a MOU between CS & ICWAI and should i go CIMA or CS.

Now as far as CS or CIMA is concerned it is just like choosing between Sachin and Dravid. It is up to you depending upon the interest and liking of the subjects. Both are good professional courses.
