MY ATTEMPT OF EXECUTIVE EXAMINATIONS ARE IN DECEMBER 2012 .

I WANT TO KNOW THE REFERENCE BOOKS FOR THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS :

1] SECURITIES LAWS AND COMPLIANCES .

2] GENERAL AND COMMERCIAL LAWS.
