20 April 2014 I had put in nearly 17 years of service in secretarial dept of listed company with 7 years of post qualification experience.
I have been advised by my management to go to unlisted susbidiary as company secretary without increase in pay. The subsidiary is a loss making company. The job responsibility is to take care of secretarial compliance only. Kindly advise is it worth to accept the offer or search for new job.
