I had put in nearly 17 years of service in secretarial dept of listed company with 7 years of post qualification experience.
I have been advised by my management to go to unlisted susbidiary as company secretary without increase in pay. The subsidiary is a loss making company. The job responsibility is to take care of secretarial compliance only. Kindly advise is it worth to accept the offer or search for new job.

well the scope will reduce a lot. So that way you get no benefit of increased exposure. That may affect your future growth.
