Company registration : Rental agreement or NOC?

28 November 2024 If the office of the proposed company is owned by a director, and no rent is to be received, is rental agreement mandatory for company registration? Or NOC is enough?

If NOC is enough, should the property be mentioned as 'owned' instead of 'hired/rented' in Agile pro?

28 November 2024 For company registration where the office is owned by a director and no rent is charged, obtaining an NOC along with proof of ownership should generally meet regulatory requirements.
Owner of the property being director, it is not owned by company; so select 'hired/rented'.
