25 December 2010 after name approval once file form 1, 18 & 32...how many days it takes for approval...is there rejection possible. if they reject and the 60 days period exceeded what is name approved status...

25 December 2010 Generally within one week. If some query is there then two chances are given to rectify the mistake. If rectified in that chances then also company formed.

25 December 2010 If you fail to use the approved name within 60 days of approval from ROC then you have to follow the form 1A route again.

25 December 2010 U could also renew name for further period by filing Form 1AR in the interim.
