19 April 2010 Dear Sir,
I recently make a footwear manufacturing unit at Agra.
Sir i want an advise about registration of the unit ,is LLP or
partnership firm or proprietorship ,which is the better option
for me ,my elder brother also work with me and he is also
join with my father's company expect me.
In future i am looking for branding and direct retailing.
Please give me the best advise.
Still waiting for your suggestion.

19 April 2010 If you are thinking of making your footwear company a big brand in future then go for a private limited company. Though LLP could also be a good option looking at the compliances but if you think of of creating as a brand a company would be preferable as if you want to dilute your holdings in future via a Private equity partner then a company will be prefered.
