19 March 2010 I have filed Form 1, form 18 as well as Form 32 for a particular Company. The MCA has sent me a mail saying that SCANNED COPY OF PASSPORT DULY ATTESTED BY AO needs to be filed in an Addendum in Form 67.What does 'duly attested by AO' indicate?

26 March 2010 I think promoter(s) is a Foreign citizen. Hence the attested passport copy need to be scanned and filed in Form 67.( Originally you should have to attach the copy of passport in Form 1)I think AO means the professional who witnessed the MOA,AOA subscription. Because in Kerala ROC Office this systm is adopted
