I am lawyer can i do registration company act my client.

02 January 2012 As mentions By our Experienced Expert some days Ago that registaration of a company require filing of forms 1A, 1, 18 and 32. Form 1 and 1A can be signed by Applicant himself. Apart from this an Advocate (HC / SC) acting on behalf of Applicant can file form 1.

But Form 18 and 32 has to be signed by the ICWA, CS, CA in whole time practice.

But before signing form by anyone He/She should possess DSC provided by authority specified by MCA.

03 January 2012 agreed. Only Full time Practising CA/CS/CWA can with DSC.

03 January 2012 You will have to require the need of a professional for incorporation of a company.

03 January 2012 Only form 1 and 1A can be signed by an Applicant having DSC and here no need to have any help of CA, CS, ICWA in practice.

Apart from this form 1 can be signed by An Advocate of SC/HC, An attorney and pleader of SC/HC who is involved in the profession of formation of company.
