Is there any restriction regarding commencement of business after getting registration under The Companies Act 2013? Within how many days one should start operation once get registered ?

No. Every company incorporated on and after 2nd November 2018 must apply for issuance of another certificate known as The Certificate of Commencement of Business by filing a declaration in Form INC-20A before starting any business or operation or even entering into any kind of agreement of commercial nature. Only after issuance of this certificate, the company can do any business activity.
