I have a company AKG Pvt Ltd. incorporated on 2/07/2012. when should i hold the first AGM. and is it necessary to hold AGM for 2012-2013 and for 2013-2014.when should i file 23AC form 2013-2014 to reduce penalities please explain the dates for holding Annual general meeting and filing roc forms

Due date for 1st AGM- 31/12/2013 (under the companies act, 1956)
AGM for FY 2013-14 need to be held within 6 months from the date of the close of the financial year i.e on or before 30/09/2014
