dear sir/madam,
our company has earned income which is not in our company objectives. plz tell me whether it will be considered our company income. if not then what is the solution.

Yes it will be...Because beside main objective the company also have Secondary Objectives...Thus a company might have any other source of income beside Main Stream Income...Disclosure: In profit and Loss Account, Mention this income as Other Income in addition to your Income related to main objective.
