Sir is company law 2013 applicable for june 2014 cs executive exams? and also in my capital markets sebi act 2013 applicable or not?

Can't say about SEBI act .But yes companies act 2013 is applicable.

hmmm but what would b the syllabus of company law only 98 sections and is there any notofication by ICSI?
