07 December 2013 Sir is company law 2013 applicable for june 2014 cs executive exams? and also in my capital markets sebi act 2013 applicable or not?

07 December 2013 Companies act 2013 is not applicable for any level of cs exam for dec 2013 and june 2014 exam as notified by icsi can check on following link:
