What are Pre-incorporation contracts and whar are the regarding it?

Pre incorporation contracts are contracts entered by company during its formation process ie before incorporation.These are contracts entered in the name of promoters of the Company.These contracts can be adopted by the Company by passing resolution in the first Board Meeting.
