24 May 2010 Pls can any one tl me whether form 25c need to be filed for change in designation from Managing Director to Whole time director.

Kindly refer any rule or section in this regard.

24 May 2010 According to me u will required to file form 25c for change in the designation from Managing Director to Whole time director because if u will not file in the govt. record the director is shown as managing director
