09 September 2009 dear sir,
we have a subsidiary comp in dubai in free zone. now what is the requirement of compnay law for audit and accounts of such subsidiary comp and procedure for their presentation in HO accounts.please reply clearly with no ambiguity.

17 September 2009 Audit is not mandatory for comapanies in Dubai FreeZone. But your Banker will require an audited financials to be submitted to him and to satisfy that and for consolidation with HO accounts subsidiary financials needs to be audited by a local auditor in Dubai.

05 October 2009 Get the company account audited with financially literate employee of the dubai company & get it approved from the Auditor of India.
