What should i do if i am nt able to remember provisions of company law????

You have to take extra effort in reading, re-reading it, until you are able to get a hold on the provisions. Nothing comes easy in life, we need to put that extra effort in order to reap the fruits of success. Hence, keep practising , you will be able to remember the provisions gradually.
