Company incorporation by indians living abroad

20 January 2012 Hello all,

My query is that can 2 indians who reside abroad (coming to india in 4 months)and having all necessary indian id an add proofs incorporate a company in india. Or, is it necessary for atleast one of them to be in india to start the process of incorporation.

24 January 2012 As per my understanding

There is no need to file any SPECIFIC DOCS, as they are having proper identity, residing proof in India.
