Hi,
I have filed Form INC-7 for a pvt ltd Company incorporation, which has been put for re-submission with following mark " Affidavit from direcor is not attached to INC‐7 stating that he has understood all the docs of company.
I have already uploaded Form DIR-2 And INC-9,10 etc.
Kindly suggest what type of affidavit, I need to submit.

According to Section 7(1)(c) of Companies Act 2013, Read With Rule 15 of Companies Incorporation Rules, an Affidavit from each of the Subcsribers to the MOA and person named as the first Director of the Company that he has not been convicted of any offence in relation to promotion, formation and management of Company during the preceding 5 years and all the docUments has been filed with Registrar and information is true and best of his knowledge and belief in form INC 9.
