07 May 2010 We applied for name availability and stated that the Authorised Capital would be Rs. 3 Crores. The name approval has been granted and the name approval letter states the authorised capital as Rs. 3 Crores.

Now, we would like to incorporate the company with Authorised Capital of Rs. 5 Crores.

Is it possible. If yes, any special process required for the same.

07 May 2010 Yes you can do tht.. Just send an intimation for the same to the ROC stating that...

It was just an information asked at the time of applying for the name...
The main documents wil be the data sent at time of incorporation.
So just go forward.
