Dear Sir,
INC 8 INC 9 & INC 10 Is this necessary to printed in Stamp paper if So How much is necesary. And whether it is to be attested by the notory public. please help Sir.

Inc -8 As per the rule, it is not required but the ROC insists on the same. Hence the same shall be in Stamp paper.
Inc-9 - Yes. it has to be done on a stamp paper and also to be notarised since it is an affidavit.
Inc-10- Need not be on a stamp paper but the same needs to be witnessed/attested by a Notary

in INC-10 a photo and signature of the concerned person shall be witnessed/attested by a notary,
