Hi,
In case out of four members who wish to be shareholders of a new company but where only 3 shall be directors in the company.Please let us know the procedure for the same.

Procedure is normal process for company incorporation
File Form 1A for Name approval
and then file Form 1 (AOA +MOA+ Affidavit) Form 18 (Registered address) and Form 32 (Directors) together
