Company in sikkim under new companies act

Sir plzz help.. A company based in Sikkim is not registered on MCA as Cos Act 1956 was not applicable in sikkim.. As new act is applicable to it what should be done to get the company registered with MCA.. And what are the other compliances required for the same ??

Please refer to section 366 of companies Act 2013.
All the procedure of incorporation is to be followed.

Section 465 has not been notified. So, Sikkim Companies Act not yet repealed.
