19 January 2012 I have to formed a company which contain last name INDIA.
I am listen that there is some further formalities and policies to manke such type of company.
So plz help me and tell me about its procedure and cost for making such type of company

24 January 2012 There was a circular in 2011 during some period which specified minimum Authorised Share Capital for companies having specific name like- India, Industries, Hindustan etc...
But now that circular is not in force. U can incorporate this company like any other company provided name is approved by ROC.
