02 April 2008 i have applied for company name and have been alloted name approval letter. however the authorised share capital is mentioned as Rs.1,00,000/- only. Can i increase the same by mentioning higher capital in memorandum etc.....or else i have to make a fresh application for name approval?

03 April 2008 YOU MAY APPROACH ROC FOR CHANGE .IN CAPITAL IN THE OLD APPLICATION ITSELF. BUT IN ALL LIKLYHOOD ,THE ROC WILL ASK FOR A FRESH APPLICATION.
BUT IN ANY CASE YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO CHANGE SHARE CAPITAL WITHOUT ROC APPROVAL IN M/A,OR ANY WHERE ELSE.
