28 August 2008 Dear Nitin,

I will tell with the eg.
if you deposit Rs. 100,000 for one year for 10% p.a. on 01.01.2008.
So you will eaen Rs. 10,000/- in a year. & you eill receive the same on 31.12.2008.
But at the ti me of 31.03.2008 You have earned an interest for 3 months upto March 2008 but it is not due to you.

Interest accrued but not due is the same thing.
