we have registered two pvt. ltd. companies as on 22-02-2010 & 22-03-2010 respectively, is there is necessity to do company audit???
If yes plz specify provisions & section ........

06 September 2010 Hi,

As per section 224 appointment of auditor is must for every company.

As per section 224(5) first auditor or auditors of a company shall be appointed by the Board of directors within one month of the date of registration of the company; and the auditor or auditors so appointed shall hold offices until the conclusion of the first annual general meeting.

Kindly revert if there is any doubt.

06 September 2010 I think the question is that whether annual accounts should be made or not for this year and not whether auditor should be appointed.
