& intereted directors & other requirements of companies act are complied with or not.

10 August 2008 a. to know the details of bank accounts authorised to be operated.
b. to know the authorised person to operate the accounts.
c. to know the borrowing powers, the person to whom the powers were delegated.
d. to know the investment decision etc.
