in which base we recognise company and non company parties.

Company means companies registered under companies act. It can be pvt ltd or public ltd.
Rest will be non company.
You can come know the status on the basis of PAN no.
Lets say if pan is AAACC2222B, the forth alphabate is "C" that means it is company, if at that place "F" then firm, if at that place "T" trust & if at that place "H" HUF & all other will be individuals.
