Company and LLP closure

Hey...my ca informed me that he filed from24 and and stk - 2 for closing an LLP and a private llt company, this was done in September of last year, yet when I check the master data at mca it shows both are active...does it usually take this much time?...what should I do to check the status?

Your CA might have provided you acknowledgements of forms filed.

As soon as forms are approved by ROC status of company or firm changes from Active to " in process of Strike off". I had filed a STK-2 in December for one of my client and it has been already struck off by ROC and the status is Struck off.
Please do check the same and communicate with your CA.

It generally take 5-6 month for approval by ROC.
