Company does not have slab rate for income tax. Tax is flat @ 30% plus 3% ec. In you case, tax shall be Rs. 10,81,500.00.

MAT is Minimum Alternate Tax. It is computed and in case, the tax computed on normal provisions is lesser than the MAT, then the company has to pay MAT.
