I want to creat a Pvt ltd. company in Rajasthan having capital of Rs. 500000. I want to the approx cost for creating it including stamp duty.

Dear Sir,
The RoC fee for the Authorised share Capital of Rs.5,00,000 is Rs.17,200 + stamp duty Rs.10 for F1, Rs.500 for MoA and 0.5% of Authorised Capital for AoA. All the Best.
