31 August 2011 I want to creat a Pvt ltd. company in Rajasthan having capital of Rs. 500000. I want to the approx cost for creating it including stamp duty.
please reply at the earliest

01 September 2011 Dear Sir,

The RoC fee for the Authorised share Capital of Rs.5,00,000 is Rs.17,200 + stamp duty Rs.10 for F1, Rs.500 for MoA and 0.5% of Authorised Capital for AoA. All the Best.
