One of my client want to start a educational institute ( affilitated to bangalore university) so how should he start the same. Whether by incorporating a company or a trust or other wise. Require your valuable opinion on the same.

One best method is form a Society under Registration of Socities Act XXI of 1860. The objects are clearly mention education, development of education etc., Rules and regulations are also mention clearly. Get register and apply for registration under Sec12AA and Sec 80G of the I T Act.,
