Companies Bill is now in the stages of becoming a Act. For becoming a Act the following stages are:- 1) Pass in LoK Sabha 2) Pass in Rajya Sabha 3) Appoval from the president. 4) Publish in the official Gazzete.
So the Companies Bill is in the first stage, after being published in the Offficial gazzete, it will be ascetained so as to when it b applicable.
