20 March 2014 I read in news channel that 160 sections of companies act,2013 got notified from 1/4/2014?
Is i true?

20 March 2014 Not 160 sections. Only 98 sections got notified w.e.f 12th Sep 2013 and section 135 relating to CSR is effective from 1st April 2014.
