CAN REMUNERATION TO MANAGING DIRECTOR DECREASE FROM 3 LACES TO 1 LACES IN A PRIAVTE COMPANY?IF YES WHAT IS THE PROVISION?KINDLY REPLY ME SIR

companies act 2013 and schedule - V, does not deals with Minimum Remuneration. ou can decrease anytime the remuneration of MD. act deals with highest Managerial Remunerations.
